H-E-B Pharmacy is a nice place with very nice and kind people. Employees attend customers with a lot of kindness and professionalism, providing great customer service and always being willing to help. They are very professional and go above and beyond. The pharmacy notifies customers by phone when medication is ready and offers quick service, asking if they need to talk to the pharmacist about their medication. This location is small, old, and much smaller than larger stores. While it might not always be fully stocked and does not have all the same selection, it is very convenient and never fails to have what customers need. It is a "go to store" for necessities, especially when in a rush. The store is always clean and has a genuine community feel. However, the area outside is impacted by homeless and immigrants from down the street, with a wish for better security to address those harassing shoppers. There are no issues with the employees inside or the pharmacy itself.
Something strange is going on HEB, shelves across the store are running very low, NO Corona beer, they just say trucks haven't arrived, maybe there's no product to load on the trucks, what could be happening???

I am always greeted professionally. They usually have what I need. Conveniently placed in the front of the store. Closed on Sundays
