We used Hertz as part of an insurance claim. they were very helpful in that my wife's first rental had a slight smoked in smell and they happily issued another vehicle.

I have used them on most of my trips with good experiences but left a bitter taste when They messed up on one of my vacations and w got stuck with out a car , I give them a 3 because they did try to make it right but still it really wasn’t at the expense of I had to winded up paying for the trip .
