Zero Stars! Never got a vehicle and still got charged 2 weeks later!Our vacation depended on us having a car as we already had events booked that we could not Uber to/from. I made a reservation only to get there and be told not only did they not have the type of vehicle I reserved but they did not have ANY vehicles at all! Obviously I was livid as we were on a time schedule. When I asked how they can allow people to make a reservation knowing they don’t have any cars, the employee said that they overbook and hope people don’t show up! Luckily Enterprise was walking distance and they had vehicles so we told the employee we were going to Enterprise. Two weeks later I got charged the full amount! Obviously I disputed the charge but what kind of company charges you after they failed to provide the only service they “offer”!? Absolutely avoid Hertz!!

I went to verify they had a Tesla before i rented it online, and the guy working there told me they are NOT receiving new reservations because of the eclipse, which is in 3 weeks?So i just left but it was clear to me that he did not want me to bother him, he had 2 people waiting on the line so my guess is that he did not want to help us at all because he was busy. I could have waited on the line, but he just told me they DONT have a tesla( even if the webpage was letting me do the reservation)

I was sent to this location from GMC Buick West for a rental while my vehicle was being repaired. They took over an hour to get me into their “only car left” which was a red Dodge Ram. Their computers are slow and outdated (even had to swipe my card like the old days) and their, on the larger side, male employee was rude. Finally I get to the end of their process and they tell me to wait while they vacuumed and cleaned it. So it obviously, on a pre scheduled appointment, wasn’t ready. I waited 15 min and finally get the keys. I see this beat up red truck with over 56k miles, dirty interior, worn out tires with low tread and hair over the dash and seats. I called the manager and she simply stated “it’s all we have available.” Well after it sat in the sun while I was at work a seriously strong cigarette odor came out of the dingy seats making the vehicle stink of cigarettes. I then called the manager and had to wait for an EV from the airport to come before swapping it out. I get the call, head in and work with the the same large rude employee. He again made me wait 45 minutes after knowing I was coming back before getting the car, because it needed to get “prepped.” This is a pathetic attempt at a car rental location. Horrible cars, horrible staff and honestly the money they get from a massive contract with Cavender does not go to the fleet or building. Highly encourage you to look elsewhere as this places is terrible.

If you’re looking to rent an electric car this is the location to go, otherwise you will be charged to “upgrade” to a gas vehicle. Poor customer service. Staff will not work with you to accommodate your needs, they are more focused on meeting store sales goals.

I have used them on most of my trips with good experiences but left a bitter taste when They messed up on one of my vacations and w got stuck with out a car , I give them a 3 because they did try to make it right but still it really wasn’t at the expense of I had to winded up paying for the trip .

I hate leaving bad reviews. My last visit to this place got me a car that left me stranded with groceries. This time around different occasion. They had Uber pick me up to get me to their location for a rental. When I got there after the paperwork was signed, they said the rental they had for me had to get serviced so they sent me back home in an Uber. Why is it ever time I come here I have a bad experience. I just can’t wrap my head around the way this location is being ran. Not to mention I was assigned a rental from this place due to my truck being in service with the dealership so among all the issues, I’m already having with vehicles hertz always seems to put the icing on it too. Good luck Hertz get it together!

Called multiple times in a day to attempt to extend my rental, but no one ever picks up. Or even if they do pick up, they ask me to hold and then after I wait over 15minutes I just give up

Ok so the reviews are accurate. I booked with them because it was the best bang for your buck from the airport. I crossed my fingers for a good experience and as soon as I walked in, bad vibes. No one greeted me for 30 mins, I stayed quiet on purpose to see when they would say something and nope I had to be the one to speak first even when there was only one other customer and 2 employees.

Bad service, long wait, car reserved not available so they gave me a much more expensive one ($500/wk vs $350 for reservation). I had to clean the inside windshield to see properly. If I wasn’t desperate I would’ve walked out. If I could give 0 stars I would have.

i just rented a super nice electric car at this place and had a great experience! i was helped by Daniel, and he was awesome. super friendly, knowledgeable, and i got a brand brand new car. thanks for the help!!

Made a reservation for a compact vehicle the day prior. Took an Uber to the location to pick up the rental which cost me $20. Guy at the counter said they don't have a compact and says they have a higher class vehicle. This will cost me $20 a day extra for a week rental. Customer rep would not budge and made an excuse of short notice reservation. A 24 hour reservation doesn't give them enough time to find the car. Last time I checked, a reservation system checks if the car is available before letting one reserve it; this is logistics 101. It's not my fault their systems suck. I shouldn't have to pay an extra $20 a day since their reservation system sucks or the store sucks if they rented the car I reserved to someone else. Oh, now I have to pay $24 for an Uber to get back home. Thank you Hertz!

Wasted Uber and time to get there and to hear they don't honor me rentin thru priceline. Customer service was rude and treated me like I reached her at home.

Horrible customer service at this location. When I arrived to pick up my rental I wasn’t even greeted by the Hertz employee. When he finished with the customer he was helping the only acknowledgment I got was a head nod. During our interaction, this person got up and walked to the back of the office without saying where he was going or when he would be back. Come to find out Hertz didn’t not have a vehicle to fulfill my reservation. The guy told me my reservation was not guaranteed. The only good thing he did was send us over to another location that had a car for me to rent and the customer service was over the top.

Awful customer service. Impossible to get anyone on the phone at the branch. They literally hang up on you when you call.
