Hotel Havana is a charming and vintage accommodation located near the Tobin Center, ideal for those attending events in the area. With a history dating back to 1914, it offers a unique ambiance, although some guests note it may lack the amenities of more modern hotels. The property features comfortable beds, good showers, and helpful staff who consistently provide excellent customer service. Guests have praised the warm welcome they received upon arrival and the accommodating nature of the front desk agents and manager. Despite its charm, some reviews mention issues with room conditions, such as creaky floors, thin walls, and outdated bathroom fixtures. The restaurant and bar were undergoing renovations during some stays, but the on-site dining experience at Ocho remains highly recommended for its great vibe and riverside views. While some guests enjoyed their stay and appreciated the hotel's character, others felt that improvements could be made to enhance comfort and modernize certain aspects of the rooms. Overall, Hotel Havana is celebrated for its service and location, making it a great spot for dining and entertainment, even if some may prefer more updated accommodations.
Amazing time. Loved the atmosphere. The service wasn’t as good as expected by good enough.

A bit old (1914!) and missing some amenities of more expensive hotels but overall nice. Comfortable bed, good shower, dark enough room and very helpful staff. The restaurant & bar were under renovation.
