ATM is always out of order and usually the tellers are standing around while one is working so it takes a long time. This location is horrible compared to others.

Very clean and friendly bank. We were greeted and helped within moments of walking through the door.Everyone is following covid precautions and signs are placed throughout.Not a ton of employees here and can imagine getting busy during rush hour. If you have patience or time your arrival for off-hours, this is a nice place to do your banking.

Erin and Elizabeth were very courteous in helping me get a cashiers check yesterday. They promoted a culture of growth and development that is beneficial when facing tough customer service challenges. I really enjoyed my visit and look forward to coming back to this location!

Bad customer service by Robert.. seem that he didn’t want to cash me a check if he can’t verify cause he has an old phoneNumber from the check owner? Their policies are really stupid. Don’t recommend this location for bank.

very nice staff, happy environment. caring bankers, clean environment. wait time is not long. I had a problem with overdraft on my account and helped me out and in the end helped me better understand this service.

Very helpful, Went in and needed help with my account both the sales rep and the manager were very helpful to attend to my needs. Everyone was nice and respectful. Facility is very clean

This location is the worse I’ve been to, we usually go to the one on Fredericksburg but this one is closer to our apartment. My husband went in to order checks and the man that sits at the desk by the doors told him it would be ready within 7-10days and he went in after two weeks cause he never got a call back and now they told him 5-7 weeks which is just insane. If they would’ve told him that from the beginning we would’ve just ordered them from my Chase account. We need to pay our rent with the checks. So annoying when these people don’t know their own business. I’m so glad i closed my account with ibc and went to Chase. And my husband will be doing the same.

i do have to say looking at all these bad customer service reviews gives me a sense of relief! ...only because now i know im not crazy thinking the staff member i dealt with was AWFUL! I went in to be added to my husbands account. when i handed the banker my Florida ID he informed me sorry we dont accept out of state ID . I informed him i am military and he said sorry i cant accept it, but if you have a passport I can. I am mindblown! so they would have gave me an account if i wouldnt have been american but no support for military personnel. IBC you have to do better. Get those ungrateful disrespectful associates out of there. I have lived many places and have several bank accounts,,this is by far the worse ive ever encountered. Maybe im spoiled with USAA, and Navy federal. but WOW is all i have to say about customer service at this location!

Condescending staff... I left this bank because any interaction I had with any staff member at this branch was a trip. You get an occasional nice teller but most of the time they are just rude and condescending, I don't understand why, this area or this bank is not particularly known for being crème de la crème. There is an older lady that works there that acts like she doesn't need your business. L.O.L. Thankfully, I have moved banks and will never have to deal with this awful bank or their staff again.
