I have to say that that particular IBC has great customer service the people are extremely nice and I had a problem and they took care of it very quickly and they refunded the charges back to me for a new debit card and they were very good about taking care of me when I needed it the most

Erin and Elizabeth were very courteous in helping me get a cashiers check yesterday. They promoted a culture of growth and development that is beneficial when facing tough customer service challenges. I really enjoyed my visit and look forward to coming back to this location!
