I am the ONLY customer in the foyer waiting 10 min and they have no one else waiting for transactions. Clerk had to physically call the person at a desk 20 feet away to come take care of my transaction. This is ridiculous

Horrible mobile drive through service (43 minutes for a bank deposit) while 4 others were helped, transactions completed and left that pulled up 20 minutes after me. "Supposedly" they have no corporate number nor a manager at any location to help with an issue. I'll never bank here and asked my employer about switching.

Very good experience first time doing business with IBC bank and Gina was helpful and helped me through the process of opening a checking account and applying for a credit card. Looking forward to a long banking relationship
