My best friend and I walked into this location and the associates here were so welcoming and kind. Jocelyn helped us, then Sara, as well as sam and alba. You girls are awesome and I thank you for your great conversations and being so generous you all deserve to be praised. My best friend and I will be coming back just to go visit the associates and check up on them. The store is so clean and well kept up. I just wanted to see how this location looked like and I wasn't disappointed. Whenever ya'll come shopping at this location ask for either Jocelyn, Sam,Sara, or Alba they are so sweet and helpful. Went in today, to get a problem solove with a charm and necklace. My problem has been on for over a year. But Austin manager solve my issue and Nina behind the counter was very sweet and professional. Thanks to you both. I highly recommend if you have a problem with your james ivory jew. I always come to this location to shop and get my charms soldered on my bracelet. Thank you to Alba for helping me find the perfect bracelet and Roselyn assisted me in choosing charms. The rest of the staff is very welcoming, greeting customers and offering to assist them in any way. You have a great team!

I went in to do a product exchange for my necklace since the clasp was loose, cashier (Miranda) wanted me to fix it. When I told her no I wanted to do an exchange she walked away and went to talk to the person who fixes/cleans jewelry. Instead of being professional and doing what I wanted they exchanged bad/rude comments about me no wanting to wait. I’ve been a loyal customer to James Avery for years and have never experienced service like this. If she didn’t want to do the exchange she could’ve just given me my necklace back and I could’ve gone elsewhere.

Very good selection, bought my wife a beautiful cross ring and will also buy more in the future. Make sure you get there warranty on damage to jewelry, especially chains for $79, well worth it. Had to pay $40 for a chain that broke.

I would love to recognize Austin who is the store manager of this store everytime I walk in to the store he is there to welcome you in and he just makes you feel you at home well at least to me. He treats everyone the same no special treatment to certain customers everyone is treated equally, I don't feel isolated because I am tattooed from both arms I work in the medical field and usually wear sleeveless shirts and he sees beyond that. Thank you Austin for having such excellent customer service and not making me feel isolated keep up the good work you have a forever customer with me🙂👍
