My husband's wedding band needed enlarged, but James Avery Jewelers had no interest in helping us since it wasn't purchased in their store. We figured another jeweler would take our money, so we went to Jared. The staff at Jared were helpful, friendly, and had the ring resized in three days and did a beautiful job. Guess where we'll be buying our jewelry from now on?

James Avery why does your staff treat customers badly?! In person they told me that they would have my repair work in 6 days and I called to ask if my order was ready or if it was for tomorrow and the woman who answered the phone said that it was not ready and that it would take 3 weeks and I told her well that is not what they told me at first, my niece will be going to university in another country and she wanted to take her bracelet with her, and she answered whatever the job is not ready and you don't understand English so bye! and she hung up the phone! 😲

I was so disappointed on how rude the young woman was and she clearly didn’t want to be helping people check out. I knew exactly what I wanted and was excited to be in & out, until Miss grumpy crushed the whole experience. Don’t be in the service industry if you can’t reciprocate nice behavior.

What a disgrace for customer service!! Went in to get charms placed on two bracelets and on one bracelet was the recent charm box that had rice paper inside to write a note on. My daughter’s great grandma wrote on it. I asked if I should hold and front counter lady said nope I’ll make note and make sure it doesn’t go in the machine. Even receipt is highlighted to note it. Get notice all is ready and they lost the note my daughter’s dead great grandmother wrote. WHAT THE ACTUAL…? They offered rice paper to replace. Next day they called me to ask ME what I wanted. How do you put a price on that. Still no manager has called me to apologize or offer me anything!! SHAME ON YOU!! I’ll be sharing this across all platforms to all moms!

I came here to pick up a gift I bought for my girlfriend and absolutely no one addressed me at all or said hello. 3 ladies standing around and no one to help me pick up or ask me for any help. Hmm need to work on customer service skills. Was here for about 15 min with no help. Was going to give this a 1 star, but the extra star was for Julie being polite and very nice when she helped me.

This location does not have good service. Every time I go there, Susan is really rude and the worst James Avery employee I have ever had to deal with. I do not recommend this Vineyard location because the service is bad.

I love the charms for my bracelet and that they put them on for free. What I do not love is the prices. It's not a place to go unless you can drop at a minimum 200 for plain silver earrings. The prices are outrageous.
