James Avery Artisan Jewelry creates charms, rings, necklaces, bracelets, earrings and other jewelry inspired by love, family, friendship and faith. It is designed and produced in Texas Hill Country workshops. The store at The Rim in San Antonio provides a wonderful experience. The staff is super friendly, very helpful, professional, kind, pleasant, patient and accommodating. They care about customer needs, go above and beyond, and will locate items from other stores. The experience is great and strongly recommended, with many customers considering the jewelry beautiful treasures collected for years.
I had a very pleasant experience with the ladies working at this location when I went in. I wanted to design three necklaces for coworkers and they were very pleasant and patient with me as I looked at various options. The experience was great and I would strongly recommend.
