Jefferson Bank Downtown is noted for its outstanding and friendly personnel who provide great, professional service. Customers describe the staff as warm, knowledgeable, eager to help, and very willing to assist with banking needs. They are treated with respect and courtesy, with replies that are timely and efficient. The experience has led to strong customer trust over many years. While change is expected, the service at this smaller bank remains consistently positive and reliable.
I miss Candelario Gomez at the downtown location, but change is to be expected. Warm and friendly, Kevin Campos and the lovely Lorraine Valera are just as willing to help with whatever I need. The personnel at this location are outstanding.
