La Villita Inn is an older, reliable, and low-cost motel near downtown San Antonio and Southtown, offering great value and a fantastic location. The hotel is under new management, providing friendly and helpful customer service with great attention to detail. Rooms are adequately furnished, very clean, and neatly updated, featuring a fridge, a microwave, and very cold AC. Some notes include that the bathroom is very small, parking requires an additional fee with extremely tight spots, and the towels are reported to be small and in poor condition. Overall, it is a reasonably priced option for those seeking a simple stay.

The lady who runs this place is so sweet and kind. She was very helpful and she took her time to honor the online price even though I did not book online and with very short notice. Everything was clean and neat. For the price I say it was a great deal.

Older spot but can't be beat on the value! Great customer service! Attention to detail and the location is fantastic!
