People come in as entitled idiots and try to degrade the work and stress these employees take and should not be belittled by impatient people when they are short staffed and have protocols to follow. If you do not wish to go to this place go somewhere else problem solved and criticize your bs at some other place. 😎🥸

Dismissive and sarcastic front desk staff. Was brushed off when following up on missing lab results, even though my doctor later confirmed they existed.
