A Vietnam Vet was trying to sign in on a tablet. The lady had the window open and never said a word to help him. The people in the lobby helped him finish.

Everyone was friendly and they were very efficient. In and out with minimal waiting!

Should not have to wait well over an hour and a half for a simple drug test, especially when the lobby is nearly empty. The facilities are run down and the receptionist is rude as hell to everyone that comes to the window.
