Mr Simeon was amazing! Extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and not pushy. He listened so so well in what both our needs were and guided us to different mattresses until we found ours. The full process was smooth thanks to him!! Really enjoying the new mattress my sleep has improved!

The service as soon as you walk in the door is great. The sales reps, Robert and Simeon, were with other clients, but were quick to acknowledge and welcome us in.
Their knowledge of the selection was very impressive and ease of matching our needs and wants was very helpful.
To top it off, the pricing was stunningly competitive and affordable compared to other retailers. My family and I are looking forward to taking delivery of our new beds soon.

Very helpful and didn't feel pressured. Chance listened to what I wanted in a mattress and was patient while I debated. His colleague was professional as well and supported him. I appreciated him sharing that if the price goes down in the next few months, I could get back the difference. That prevented me from waiting longer. I don't typically buy a large item the same day but I've wanted a new mattress for a few years. Also purchased a pillow and mattress protector. It was delivered within the 2 hour window.

Our sales guy Simeon was very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. He addressed our needs for the type of matters we are looking for regarding our back, neck and total spine issues. He wasn’t pushy as some sales people are and he has a nice smile good sense of humor.
