I called the store and spoke to Penny. She was professional and assisted me over the phone in choosing the right mattress and boxspring set for my needs. She took care of writing up the order and scheduling delivery. Excellent customer service!

Penny helped us select the perfect beds. She was very patient due to our house being completed months late. She held the mattresses and had them delivered when we finally finished our house.
