Riz at metro store at new braunfels Avenue very helpful i cannot have done this without him i am old generation elder man that knows nothing about new technology very helpful told me about upgrade and switching over from metro to t mobile and helps through process doing that and I appreciate everything which he did 👍

This place scams people. Not only do they lie about pricing and activations costs, but they take pictures of peoples debit cards with their own phone. Do not buy from this store.

This store is never open as scheduled. I hope they never get robbed. People aren’t gonna call the cops . People are just gonna think they’re slacking off again. They shouldn’t advertise open, if they’re not. Even gas stations put signs like will be back in 15 minutes

After going to 3 Metro stores prior, this is the location that had the phone I was looking for. The service was awesome! Even got a case & screen protector. I got a fantastic deal! I would definitely recommend this location! The associates were friendly and super helpful!!
