I had the most Amazing experience
I work Remote i travel I was exhausted & just wanted to cancel my tablet with metro the clerk Shaank saw my phone screen was all cracked scratched etc..
He mentioned I mat qualify for a new ph
So after a conversation realized it was better to switch to T-Mobile he was right I recieved a new ph and a better plan.
He took his time explaining everything to me
When my ph arrived he helped me get it activated
He is very knowledgeable & patient
I'm very happy 😊

Very poor service. We walked in before 2 other people and just because we didn't ask where we sign in and the other people had, we were dismissed. The employees did not even acknowledge us when we walked in to begin with. One of thw customers even told me i could sit on the chair next to her. She acknowledgede but the employees didn't. I KNOW they saw us there first. Yes they were busy with other customers but they could have at least said, "we'll be right with you." Very poor service!

Broke my phone and couldn't access any of my information so I went in and was helped by the nicest person I've met in decades. To say she was a huge help would be an understatement. (It's kinda hard to switch phones when you can't read the confirmation text.) She figured out how to access my account and get me a new phone.
Honestly, She treated it as if it was her own problem. I'll be coming to this location from now on.

WOW! I went there and an employee named Hannah helped me out! We couldn't find my son and she did everything in her power to get us phone records and call customer service on our behalf because we're having a hard time with them! Quite literally one of the best employees I've ever come across! She treated our problem like it was her problem and helped us out. I just wanted to say thank you and I will be going to that location from now on! Good job hi Anna thank you so much! Are somewhere on a fishing trip and it ended up that he was in a dead zone. Absolutely no service and all the people with him no service all from different carriers. So we were suspicious because we called all of them, straight to voicemail.

Went at 7pm today to purchase a new phone. Jazmin sold me a phone and some extra attitude... Didn't really ask for all that. From that experience, I can't even enjoy my phone... Not at all satisfied with this purchase.
