Michaels is a store for everything to create anything, offering expansive craft assortments, party supplies, and seasonal decor. Reviews note excellent customer service, with staff described as polite and professional, helping customers with projects like framing. The store is generally well kept and well stocked, with good prices and discounts. Some customers report efficient pickup for mobile orders with plenty of parking. A few drawbacks include occasional errors with orders and some holiday shelves being only half stocked, which can limit purchases. Overall, it is a place to unleash your creativity and find all your party supplies in one place.

I work for Instacart and had a variety of ballons that needed to be filled for 2 separate orders. I was told there would be a long wait but Kira and Jam jumped in together they got it knocked it out quickly, with a smile on their faces! The 2 of you are absolutely amazing. THANK YOU AGAIN!!!!
