Customers find the San Antonio branch always super tidy with wonderful staff who give great ideas and remind them of coupons. The store boasts a large choice in yarns not found elsewhere. Framing staff are great, and Michaels is highlighted as an LGBTQ friendly company.
Store was clean and not cluttered. Bathroom was well maintained. We found what we were looking for easily. The cashier was amazingly helpful and friendly!!
