I’m leaving a 4/5 star review because at final pickup there was a misspelled word on the plaque, which was a bit embarrassing when I presented it. However, when I called, Sam was very helpful, had it reprinted, and fixed the issue within 15 minutes. Overall, the service was great and I appreciate the quick resolution.
