Got the wrong room they made mistake handicapped to regular room as special request not giving good instruction oon how to get into hotel on Google map Bed was stiff not firm like most hotels

There was a couple of cockroaches (the ones that fly). The pool was in poor condition (water was dirty). Had to recode the room key twice because the system had us checking out.
