Of all the Motel 6 locations I have stayed at, this one is the best at customer service. Any issue I have had has been resolved quickly and with a smile. Front desk is professional and courteous. Well done!

My room UNSATISFACTORY: Dirty sheets and ripped, moldy & yellow pillows, tub dirty: I slept on top of comforter: I AM TRULY GROSSED OUT.

I paid $80.29 to stay in room 104 the night of July 14, 2025, while in San Antonio a few days for work. The $20.00 deposit was returned the next day, so I really only paid $60.29.
Room was somewhat old and dark. Air conditioner did not work well, nor did some of the lamps. Location can be a bit noisy, right off of Interstate 410, but there is a great pizza buffet next door, as well as other dining and shopping options within walking distance. As others have said, you get what you pay for. It's not the nicest motel I have ever stayed in, but it's also not the most expensive. In the end, I decided to go elsewhere for the rest of my time in San Antonio.

Room was horrible, promised a queen size bed and we got a double. Holes in the walls rips and the furniture. Be very careful they like to add charges to everything. They charge you $20 and you have to go and get them to survey the room before you leave to get that back. Would not recommend, I'd rather sleep underneath the bridge down the street and stay here again.

Was looking for a budget stay. Found this place for four nights during the weekends of 4th of July. YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR. Don’t expect 5 star hotel when you’re paying 40$ a night. I was happy. I was ready to expect the worst but I kept my standards minimum and I wasn’t THAT disappointed. Could’ve been worse. I could sit here and write a review with EVERYTHING WRONG but I had a roof over my head and a place to sleep that was within my budget. I’ll be back.

We came late at night to the motel, when I went to the room the bed for Twin XL or Full size for 2 people. The booking was for deluxe room with queen bed. There was hardly any light in the restroom. The restroom door was horrible, won’t lock! The service was also very bad, only one towel was given. Also, when complained about the room she said it is the only available room. Not worth it at all, few rooms are really pathetic and you should just go for other motel.

I was charged 2 times for a deposit on a 1 night stay and only refunded 1 of the deposit charges after there was no damage to the room.

No coffee no breakfast asked for more pillows they said they didn’t have any. No hairdryer in the room. One worker said they would tell housekeeping to give us extra pillows the other one told me they don’t have any extra. Pool is recirculated water looked nasty

The team in this location is not only friendly but positive and just the best hotel energy that I have ever seen . Especialy we have stayed at many locations and this one by far has gone ABOVE AND BEYOND. keep up the great work amazing service beautiful smiles and overall positive vibes Tru out the whole location day and night.
