Motel 6 San Antonio - West SeaWorld is a budget-friendly option located right off Interstate 410, which can be a bit noisy. The location offers convenience, with a great pizza buffet next door and other dining and shopping options within walking distance. The rooms are somewhat old and dark, and some guests noted issues with air conditioners and lamps not working well. The philosophy is you get what you pay for; it is not the nicest or most expensive motel, but it provides a roof and a place to sleep for a fair and affordable price. The customer service at this location receives high praise, described as the best, with a team that is friendly, positive, professional, and courteous. The staff provides amazing service with beautiful smiles and positive vibes, going above and beyond to resolve any issues quickly and with a smile. Housekeeping does a fantastic job, keeping rooms spacious and clean. The staff is welcoming and works to ensure guests are comfortable and well taken care of. Amenities include a small laundry room and vending machines available 24/7. Many guests express pleasure with their stay and highly recommend this Motel 6.
Only three $55 rooms left. I reserved one. Get there, charged $65+$20 deposit. Door was already ajar. Room was excellent, but slept on top of cover sheets (see pic)

This is a nice place to lay your head. Room was clean. Pool is not clean or filled. They say they have coffee in the morning. They do not.

Honestly, the staff is so helpful and so polite and very prompt in their responses. The rooms are okay. It's the staff and service and personnel that makes it worth the stay. Usually, you get ignored and people seem grumpy at other places, but here everybody is willing and happy to serve and help. I recommend to stay anytime
