The customer service rep was friendly, knowledgeable, and patient in explaining the process to my daughter. She also called the fraud team to clarify information. She gave us exceptional service. They were also quick to help us. Again, thanks to Brande and other staff for outstanding support.

The fraud department is incompetent. Their failure makes me feel unsafe with my money in their hands. I will be doing business with USAA from now on.

Had 2 disputes filed back in July if this year. I was temporarily credited the money while completing their investigation and without warning and properly communicating thru the bank app they took the money back. I get scammed out of services rendered and Navy Federal Credit Union did absolutely nothing about trying to recover my funds as they claimed they have. Run far away from Navy because I am preparing to send my direct deposits elsewhere.

I came to this area to use the atm machine I noticed there was a debit card in the slot. I went quickly to the front door to return the card even though it was 530pm. I wanted to do the right thing the door was locked two women looked at me and continued talking ignoring me completely as the third woman was helping people in the office. The third woman let the customers out she was busy. I complained to the one that ignored me Kathleen saying I will be closing my account because she doesn't care about members or military women.This bank is so ignorant.

I just opened up an account with NFCU bcoz of the thought that you have a land loan per your customer service. So I did browsed thru your site hoping I could get started. Only to find out that there's none. Called back your rep only to tell me that it falls under signature loan and the max is 50k. The board/CEO/Morgage dept should be more clearer for your customer base. I guess that's how you serve men in uniforms, families and Veterans. Can't wait to cancel my account.PLUS reading all the reviews on how your employees treated your own customers. NFCU... you are pathetic.

I went to the bank to get cashier's checks to take care of my taxes. Due to a single letter being incorrect in my name on the checking account, which has been that way for 13 years since I've been with Navy Federal, the bank teller, Jamie, decided not to process my cashier's check until this was resolved. Despite having thousands of teller transactions, car loans, and business checking accounts all under the misspelled name during this time with Navy Federal, this suddenly became an issue.I found Jamie's decision puzzling but understood the need for accuracy. However, when I asked if she could correct the error since I could verify my identity, she stated that my state-issued Real ID wasn't sufficient. I then asked if returning with my birth certificate would help, but she insisted I needed a passport or military ID because of the amount for which I was getting the cashier's check. This didn't make sense to me, as not every American possesses a military ID or passport. Later, I felt she might have made this decision based on my skin color and the amount in question. When I returned with both a passport and my birth certificate, I found out that neither was required to correct a single letter in my name. It seemed Jamie had arbitrarily imposed these requirements.This particular Navy Federal branch is the worst I've visited in my 13 years as a member. I have no intention of returning, and furthermore, I plan to remove all of my funds from their bank. The assistant manager, Jennifer, was equally unprofessional and condescending. Instead of discussing my concerns privately in an office, she chose to have our conversation in the middle of the floor, in full view of other customers. She also contradicted herself by claiming I didn't present the proper state ID during our first interaction, despite this being captured on security cameras. Furthermore, she incorrectly informed me about the documents I'd need just to change one letter in my name and dismissed the importance of my birth certificate.Everyone should be wary of this branch – it's a real clown show.

I have never had a bad experience with Navy Federal up until this point. The branch lead, Jennifer was so unprofessional that she proceeded to discuss personal information regarding my account in the bank seating area for others to hear. She has a whole cubicle office that she could have asked me to come back to; as a customer, I felt discriminated against and as though she was in such disbelief at the impeccable balance and transactions on my account, that she felt the need to try and embarass me and treat me like I was beneath her. A trainer, Erin, seeming to be training someone at the time after being debriefed by Jennifer (branch lead) was very rude, also discriminatory, did not say hello after deciding to assist me after such a long wait, she then checked my drivers license like I was a criminal. I earn my money honestly and I am a veteran. The attitudes of both Erin and the branch lead Jennifer were very disgusting and unprofessional. These women should not be in leadership roles to manage people or federal money, if the tone they're setting is this distasteful.

Stood in line for something I needed, the line moved a little slow because of a member who needed assistance but the receptionist couldn’t just ask the correct question to get them straight to the point so I was there longer than I needed to be. Other than that it was friendly, I’ll be returning to this branch often for my financial needs.

We come here often, and service is always great, but how do yall get an automatic door??? This location claims to be wheelchair accessible, but unless a kind patron assists us, it is incredibly difficult for myself and my kiddo with special needs to just get IN. I didn't mind too much until I've seen older folks on two occasions this week have issues pushing their significant others in on wheelchairs.

The slowest customer service in texas. it takes them an hour to do everything. even to get your own money out of the bank takes forever. Rebecca has to be the slowest one of them all.
