My parents took their vehicle in to see if their road hazard coverage would cover a small ball in the sidewalk in one of their tires. The staff was really courteous and kind. They were able to get my 2014 Pilot in on a last minute call, to check my AC (external/internal air baffles not working). They did a bunch of research to make sure it was working properly (Honda's standards)before calling me to pick up. Thanks!!
