Picked up what they said were my buddies parts. Got back to the shop and they were the wrong parts. I then had to drive and swap the parts for correct parts. The autozone across the street is way better and same warranty offered.

I called in today to price parts for my car and had trouble getting a hold of anyone at multiple stores. I inquired my business account discount was hung up on immediately. I’ll be taking my business to autozone where I’m treated with respect.

“I went there with a concern with my truck, and trying to find a part but I didn’t know the part, hoping they will know, well all they did was tell me “we’re not mechanics” like I wasn’t asking for them to fix my problem I just wanted to know the part and if they have it, eventually I got the part physically in my hand to show them but they still didn’t help, and there lame ass excuse again was “We’re not mechanics” maybe consider sending actual helpful people to help us with our trouble, I felt very offended and very difficult service, for years I’ve gone to O’rileys and never have I got treated like this, and didn’t see the interest in helping me.

Wait in line for 15 minutes. I was the only one in the store. I can hear people in the back while the guy that was at the counter is new and was struggling. The manager came out, helped him with the guy on the phone. Never ask me if I needed help. And walk back in his office and shut the door. And then a girl came up from the back. Answer the phone 3 times while I was still standing there. And never asked me if I needed help. I don't know what's going on with this place. You used to be pretty good.

Worst customer service possible,went in to get rotor turned cause it's advertised 2 times on there front window, but was told by an employee that only the manager would cut it. I asked where's the manager there response "idk I think he went to lunch, yes he just left to lunch" I then asked well how long is his lunch and was told by the same employee " idk " I then went to ask the assistant manager his reply was "idk it's up to him could be an hour could be two" SMH as a frequent Veteran customer I'll never be going to that location, I'll happily drive directly across the street to there competitor. So long O'Losers...
