I had a great experience at O’Reilly Auto Parts, thanks to Gabriel, the store manager. I came in needing help with a battery issue, and Gabriel went above and beyond to assist me. He was extremely knowledgeable, explained everything clearly, and made sure I got exactly what I needed.
