One of the best locations in San Antonio. They are always very friendly and helpful. Andrew went out of his way and helped me track down a hose. He spent almost 45 minutes looking online and calling around. He was very helpful all while they were very busy.

The manager was extremely helpful and his customer service skills are impeccable. They let me change the oil on my motorcycle in the parking lot and then disposed of my used oil and cleaned my oil receptacle before giving it back to me the employees at this establishment are extremely helpful and I recommend anybody that's looking for a great experience in good customer service to frequent disestablishment

They couldn't help me, I needed to scan the car to find out what was wrong, they don't speak Spanish but even so there was no good customer service. There was no intention to help.

Been buying parts from this location for years since I was about 20 I'm 58 now from Jaguar Corvette BMW Lincoln and my Chevy dually every now and then I'll hit the One in Bourne great customer service today i order from the thousands oaks location think his name is Brandon or Brendan help me on ordering
