Ortiz Pharmacy is a go-to pharmacy for many families, with some using it since their children were infants. The pharmacy is located in the same building as a doctor's office, making it convenient to send prescriptions right over. While it can take 15-20 minutes for a prescription to enter their system, the processing time for medications is fantastic, usually 10-15 minutes tops. The pharmacy closes at 7pm, which can sometimes interfere with timing. They offer a very reliable delivery system, with no issues reported over years of service. The delivery driver calls 5-10 minutes before arrival, and the pharmacy is always on top of refills, never being late or missing a prescription. Ortiz Pharmacy also has a drive-thru. The entire team is attentive and never in a rush, treating customers with respect. The professionalism of the pharmacist, techs, and delivery driver is highly noted. They provide smooth service even when customers move to new locations, delivering outside major loops and highways. The pharmacy is like family, taking care to communicate through family members when needed. It is a wonderful establishment.
They are prompt when refilling my prescriptions. I like the convenience of the drive thru. I used to benefit from their free delivery service and sad it's no longer available. I wish that service can be reinstated.

I have been using Ortiz Pharmacy for years and I can always count on them to have what I need at a really great and competitive price! They always go above and beyond when dealing with insurance plans and/or doctor’s office - making sure they are an advocate for the patient!
