I got to the counter and the Lady that was going to help me was super nice. Then another Laday came up and I asked her the size difference between 2 perfumes and she rolled her eyes, stepped aside and pointed at the bottle. I have eyes, I can see perfectly and I said that to her. She got mad and kept rolling her eyes. I said I wanted to know how many ounces and she said she can’t see that. Umm ma’am, you work here 🙄 What was supposed to be a quick run for a Christmas gift turned into an embarrassing scene. Get her some customer service training asap. Happy Holidays!

Went holiday shopping and as soon as I got home, I realized there were two price stickers on the perfume. I peeled off the one I paid for and found a lower price underneath. That means I was overcharged, and I didn’t catch it before leaving the store.
This is extremely deceptive. Be careful shopping here during the holidays, they will absolutely charge you more than what the product is actually worth.

I bought two perfumes yesterday that smelled different from the sample that was sprayed in store. False advertising products is not good customer service. I went back to return today but the policy says if it’s opened you can’t receive refund. I didn’t use it I smell the cap of the bottle and it was not the same scent from yesterday. Which Jeanne allowed me to smell the cap during my visit. Both are different smells.$200 wasted and being lied to was not great customer service. Jeanne was nice yesterday but when I came to return had an attitude. I wouldn’t recommend shopping here. Try Ulta Beauty for their fragrances you will get the exact product in return.

Absolutely horrible, my son went in to purchase a particular Dior perfume for me as a birthday gift. He showed the picture of the light pink bottle named Addict. They sold him the navy blue one without him knowing.(same box so wouldn’t know till you actually open it) he tried to return it or exchange it being that wasn’t what he asked for and they told him no! I understand the no return but this was not his fault. Perfume is brand new and yes the plastic from box was removed, how else would I open and see that it was the wrong one.
