Petco is a health and wellness company focused on improving the lives of pets and pet parents. The store offers a broad range of brand-name nutrition products and supplies for dogs, cats, birds, small pets, fish and reptiles. Services include full-service grooming, veterinarian services, Vetco Vaccination Clinics, pet adoption and positive dog training classes. Many customers find the staff to be kind, helpful, knowledgeable and a pleasure, with excellent bedside manners. The store is described as amazing for all pet needs, with a good selection of animals and products. The Pal Rewards program and the option to shop online for in-store pickup are appreciated. However, some reviews note concerns. For emergency veterinarian services, the store does not provide all necessary equipment for a thorough analysis, which can be disappointing. The grooming services, specifically deshedding treatments, are sometimes found to be ineffective. A significant issue reported is incorrect gender identification of small animals like guinea pigs and mice, which has led to unexpected pregnancies. Some customers also feel the prices are a little too pricey for the limited service provided.

Guy at the register was new and he was so nice I didn't get his name but he's only been there for a few days he said.Over all environment calm a little loud.Prices were a bit high for dog food just because a dog has allergies doesn't mean the food should be higher for them if anything it should be more affordable.
