Quest is at best average. The Methodist Stone Oak was by far better than the Hardy Oak one. It is hard to schedule an appointment- I can never login and must register as Guest why? Aside from that the Methodist location saw me on time and did the tests quickly. I have no complaints!

Even as a walk-in, the process was simple and straightforward, the wait time was reasonable, and the staff were all friendly and helpful. Very happy with the experience and would happily go here again.

It’s way down a long hall and there are no directional signs or a map to tell you where they are located on the 5th floor. It’s only an issue for someone with mobility issues like me.
When you get into the office there is only an iPad looking thing to check in with. There are some old check in looking things on a wall, which look like scanners but no longer do anything. Those should be removed. There were a few people who had been there before me and thought they had signed in but the system hadn’t registered them. So they weren’t in the
que.
The tech was great. I’m a hard stick lately, and I get labs done every 2-3 months, so it’s hard sometimes. She did a great job even though it was difficult and she had to stick me twice to get enough blood. It was painless

The staff was friendly and professional; however, they have never provided my Dr or myself the results. Quest HAS billed my insurance and sent me a bill for the balance. My medication has been on hold for over a month due to Dr needing lab results. Attempts to contact Quest have been unsuccessful. Very disappointed.

Kiosk is a pain. I downloaded the qr code but it never requested it. Wouldn't scan my insurance card. Appt was about 12 minutes after scheduled time. Phlebotomist was excellent. Double checked everything, answered my questions regarding additional bloodwork required by a different MD. Processed everything efficiently.

I have been in the lobby since 7 and no one in the lobby since i arrived and I hear talking in the back. But customers service at all and the window shades are down and can’t speak to anyone.

Beware: this location is within the hospital complex and will take forever to find parking. Very inconvenient! Since I was unaware of this I ended up being 15 minutes late for an appointment it took me weeks to get and they cancelled it since I was over 10 minutes late

Quest had not received a copy of my order so the phlebotomist called my doctor and got the details of what needed to be done so that I didnt have to come back. Great service!
