This bank always has issues, seems to be the slowest RBFCU in the city!! When walking in there’s usually 2-3 tellers and 7-10 customers waiting in line. I waited in line for 20 minutes due to the lack of help and there was only four people in front of me.

All of their ATMs are out of order. No notice was sent out to members about this outage so I wasted 2 hours of my life going to 3 different rbfcu atms. The after hours teller said I could use the app to find a co-op network ATM and I did but there are none in my area and no estimate on when this will be fixed.
Update: I've spoke to 4 different representatives for help. 1. told me try another ATM because of a network issue 2. Told me the network issue has been resolved and to call fraud alert. 3. Told me that I could use my card as normal and that there'd be a survey at the end of the call, I was placed on hold then disconnected. 4. Told me to call member services tomorrow and, after I admittedly blew up and yelled send me to the survey, instead disconnect the call.
I'm on hour 3 of this nonsense with the only resolution being call member services when they open tomorrow which does me no good cause my car appointment that I need the cash for is before member services opens.

Absolutely ridiculous! I’ve been a member since I was a child. This location consistency has drive thru closed. I’ve stood in line for an hour with only 5 people in front of me and 2 TELLERS. Pathetic!!!!!! I can’t wait until my CD opens in December cause I’ll be ✌🏽

Watched a teller yell at an elderly man who had trouble walking. He came up to him and told him to hurry and left him, the old man didn’t know where he went and waited while the worker came back. Worker came back and said “hurry up I don’t got all day you’re taking forever” place is a joke never coming back here again.

I have been with RFBCU for a few years now. Every visit is very pleasant. Today Alejandra was swamped as it seemed she was the only mobile teller around 1 pm. She was very attentive, greeted every customer with a smile so bright, I could hear it! I just want to give her an applause 👏🏻💖👏🏻 for delivering excellent customer service!! Thank you !

2pm first window. Clerk was very rude. Didn’t catch her name. Not helpful and did not want to deal with members. Had an attitude. Made comments about me being charged fees if I messed up on paperwork. Informed her I took the time out of my day to come in because I needed help. Not because I wanted too because I needed too. Left empty handed. Will not come to this location anymore

At this point I would avoid this locations ATMs. Sites ATM is actively malfunctioning not completing transactions. When location staff is informed they refuse to close lane while clearly seeing the inconvenience to customers from indoor monitors. Very disappointing

Very well managed location. This is always a bank to depend on. Thank you Randolph Brooks! The staff is top of the notch! And the wait times are always reasonable. This location is to be taken care of ❤️

Waited over 30 minutes in the drive thru. Everyone else kept getting in and out but I was stuck cause she had to translate which I understand… but you’re going to make me wait over 30 minutes and there is no one in the drive thru lane but me? Others are coming and going and I get the short end of the stick?

I usually don't leave reviews but, I had such a great experience at the bank that I feel recognition is due. I needed a notary, which was conveniently provided right on the teller line saving me time. The notary, Jocelyn was knowledgeable, helpful and kind. She exceeded my expectations and went the extra mile to help me.
