If you have any other errands to run please go there first because these people will run you late. I watched multiple people with simple transactions take 10 min plus. Lord please help this branch as service here has gone downhill.

Used this bank for years and the creeping in of predatory traits has ruined the trust i once had. Came in after fraud activity on my account with the desire to deal with a human being. I was walked into an office and had the phone dialed for me. THERE IS NO PERSONAL SERVICE ANYMORE. The coinstar alternative here was free for account holders for over two decades, now they take 5%. The desk agents are slow, the drive thru is slower. This place has fallen so far. Closing my account as I write this.

This banks loan processes are the worst a credit union can offer. Their rates are the highest of other credit unions in Texas not just San Antonio. Definitely look at your options before considering using them as a lender. Other credit unions will get you on a path to where you want to be if you’re not currently there and RBFCU does not meet that criteria.

I have banked with RBFCU for almost ten years and mostly moved on due to their stupidity except for a credit card for the sake of it’s credit age. You will hardly find a worst software system or more inept and unhelpful customer service group in the industry. They're the only credit union that can truly make you feel like you would be better off at a bloody bank any day of the week. After locking me out of the ability to see my statements or pay my credit card after reporting a unauthorized charge, they charged me a late fee and refused to help or listen. They said that I had accessed the system and that I had received statements online when neither had happened. If you truly want fees, headaches, and a worthless support group, RBFCU is going to be in your corner.... With boxing gloves.

Slooooooow drive-thru. Maybe staff more than one person during peak hours!Also yall need to put cones or something out at the end of the drive thru curbs. They are hard to see.
