Love JD and his crew! Very responsive to any issues under his control. Building is clean and maintenance is very responsive and friendly. The area is downtown and has had homeless issues but that seems to be improving recently. Easy walk to local food and entertainment. I would recommend living here to a friend.

Finally moved out to live on my own and after being here for a bit over a year, it just feels like me AND my dog found a new one. Never been met with anything other than kindness and respect from everyone on the staff and the residents. I would highly recommend living here!!

By far the BEST place I’ve ever lived. Staff is friendly and responsive. Maintenance always takes care of any issues super fast and they are friendly and helpful. If you’re looking for a place to live, I highly recommend here. This is now my third year and have nothing but positive things to say.
