Sales person was excellent. Despite an error in the RTG computer system, were able to get my mattress purchase taken care of quickly and completely and get me in and out of the store in a timely manner. Delivery communication was good, until the truck showed up... without the mattress. which was the ONLY real thing we ordered (everything else was in support of the mattress). the Customer Care rep was NOT helpful in fixing the situation. wouldn't accommodate us AT ALL. Said "i understand" about us having to take time off work to be at home for the delivery, but then did nothing to help expedite the solution. very disappointed, mostly b/c we could have ordered it all online and avoided RTG altogether. Lessons learned for next time i guess. UPDATING MY REVIEW: Sales person was great. please dont consider this 1 star review as a reflection on him at all. after my interactions w/ Customer service, i am lowering this to a 1 star review. their response was (paraphrasing) "too bad, so sad, we can try again tomorrow, just take ANOTHER day off work for us". GREAT job, RTG. well done. thats really helpful customer service.

Warehouse pleasant.Rooms To Go Store UTSA area NOT PLEASANT AND NOT looking out for customer. Asked for an item that i carefully described. Sold me the wrong item. Thet did not want to refund me. I argued got my refund but store management insulted and belittled me in the process and wanted to charge me a fee for the return when they sold me an item that was not as i described. Be careful and be sure you really really want the item you are buying. I WILL NEVER RECCOMEND THEM TO ANYONE

We purchased sofa, loveseat and leather chair from RTG. We were offered the extended warranty and told it covered almost everything. We have animals so we thought it would be a good idea. They don’t give you a list of what’s not covered which is almost everything!! I tried two claims and was denied both. Ask for a list of items not covered if your considering the warranty.

We purchased a living room set and paid over $3500 a year and half ago. The pillows and cushions are coming apart. Warranty will not cover this nor will rooms to go. There only resolution is to purchase new cushions and pillows. Really at 1.5 years. I never had issues like this before with Ashley's or Lacks. Stay away from Rooms to go. There interest rates and service are great, but quality is far behind.

Just spent almost 3 HOURS ordering a house full of furniture. Went a little over our original budget but let me tell you, we had the most amazing experience! Our sales person, AXEL ORTA, was AWESOME! If you're planning on purchasing furniture from Rooms To Go come to this location and ask for AXEL ORTA. I promise you will not be disappointed.

Horrible experience with rooms to go in general. Ordered a sofa and when it arrived it was the wrong color. It's been 2 years and they never refunded my money. All they could do was five me a store credit. After a bad experience I don't want credit. Save yourself the time and shop somewhere else. My issue was never resolved and lost out on $335.

Don’t order from these folks online! They show several items in stock, but when it’s time to deliver the excuses begin. They’re likely afraid of going out of business due to non available. However, they will take your payment and show with a partial order at best. Happened to me moments ago and man do they have a variety of excuses. Now maybe December? Why did you take my payment and state in stock on your site? Bananas

My wife and I went in knowing exactly what we wanted. Peggy helped us out our order together and even found a way to put half the order through financing and the other half through layaway (since we knew the couches were on backorder and not due in for 60 days). We left the store feeling very excited for our new furniture. Peggy was great. Our first piece was to be delivered 30 days after we ordered it. I took the day off from work the delivery day (lost $$$). The day came and went and I (nor my loud barking dog) never heard the door bell 10 minutes into my delivery window (8a-12). I was later told he knocked and waited in his truck for 10 minutes before leaving. Apparently doesn't know what a door bell is. No big deal or so I thought. Trying to reschedule delivery, I was told the couch would now not be available until March, 5 months from now! We thought surely we would cancel and try another furniture store. Not so fast! Since it has been more than 48 hours since we "purchased" out of stock furniture, we would only get 80% of our money back. This is extortion. We will never go back to Room To Go. Buyer beware. Delivery dates continue to be pushed back since we first inquired about the set. If your item is not in stock, you are better off going somewhere else or choosing something that is in stock so you can get a full refund within 48 hours. What a racket this place turned out to be.

The salesperson at the store was great and everyone inside was super friendly but the company as a whole is terrible and I would NOT recommend ordering from them. Delivery takes weeks and if things go wrong they'll spin you around for months. On our first delivery window, they just skipped us entirely and said we weren't home even though we were. On the second attempt, the dresser we ordered was visibly broken and defective. I don't even know how they let it get on the truck. Moreover, the builders stripped the bolts on the bed during assembly and were unable to finish the build. They basically had to cut it apart and destroy it in order to get it out of the room. Then they offered to replace it in about 2-3 weeks. I canceled the entire order and when I went to get my money back, they said they would have to send me a check in, you guessed it, two to three weeks. Never again.

We have waited over 9 months for the furniture and it's damaged over and over again. 4 failed attempts! And they offer $130 to keep as is. What a joke! And apparently I don't have a choice but to either return or keep as is, which will also void my warranty. And we have been making our monthly payments for this crap.

Maybe if they redirected some of the money they spend on commercials and celebrity endorsements, they could afford things like quality control. I bought two kids bedroom sets and and we are now waiting to schedule the fifth delivery because each time they come out they are missing parts. Then when they leave I have to figure out what parts are missing, call and spend an hour on the phone to order them, and schedule another delivery date. Beware, ALL communication is up to the consumer as they don't communicate at all; and don't expect to get what you pay for anytime soon.

Quality of their product it's so cheap.i wish they will tell you which product work well for you when you ask for something strong and good product. you better off ordering your stuff from china. I wait 3 month or more to get them. there chair lost their cushain flat already . i would never come back to ROOM TO GO STORE

We bought Sofia Vergara furniture from the rim at Rooms to go.. We waited 5 months for this to arrive. Legs are.scratvhed, missing screws. I think they gave us a floor model. Then the manager Ken, wants to laugh at the story. How he is a manager, blows my mind. Never will I shop here again.
