Pretty easy to get in and out of the rental car center. Follow the signs at the airport and not Google maps because the map takes you to the wrong place.

Enterprise: We were promptly attended, and the check-in and car pick-up process were quick. The same for our check-out and drop-off.

I like Alamo. I don't like playing a shell game of what vehicle they try to get you into when the one you requested isn't available. It's the first time I've had this problem with Alamo. This experience is a one-off. I'll still rent with them. They've been great every other time over the last 11 years.
