The meeting went well, but should not have been necessary. After the meeting I told the SSFCU reps, that the SSFCU mobile app is not very user friendly. It may be a matter of me, an old guy, not being as familiar with technology, but I don’t have trouble with my USAA mobile app. I do most of my banking with USAA and rarely have problems or confusion with the app. Most things I try to do with SSFCU app has glitches. I now just use the app to check my balances. If I need to actually do anything, I come into the facilities. If you check, the USAA app is rated 5stars. The SSFCU app is rated 3stars. So it’s not just me.

When I contacted, by phone, one of the credit unions employees, he suggested the Money Market account. Then I went in and Michael talked to me about it and I decided that was a really good idea. So I opened an account. Looking to seeing the progress.

If I could give the a NEGITIVE 1 (-1) score I would for High Way 90 location. I have used this location three times in the 20 plus years I have had an SSFCU account. All three vists have not been satisfactory. Not enough tellers during lunch time 11AM to 1 PM.10 teller slots, only 2 being active. Discurtious tellers when asked "When will this be posted to my account?" "When the system updates.""Can I set up a CD here?" "Can I set up an auto payment today?" "Can I link my other Federal Credit Union to this account" All responses were "That is easier to do online."If I could give the a NEGITIVE 1 (-1) score I would for High Way 90 location
