More help in this store. If you’re going to have 1 employee working than at least choose one who knows how to multitask.

Went to the store during business hours and it was locked and completely empty. Appears to be permanently closed.

Not surprisingly, the service was great. Unfortunately, product inventory is on the low side for all SW locations. Thankfully the manager at the Broadway Alamo Heights location found what I was looking for at this downtown location. Great team work! Thanks.
