She went above and beyond by taking the time to really listen to my issue, offering a solution, and personally following through to make sure it worked. “I have a 1988 Jeep Wrangler survivor. I needed to repaint the hood. They said to me, that they could not get a perfect match but that it would be close enough to blend.
They lied!
I shot the hood and presto, an exact match to the 36 year old door I brought them. Didn't need to blend the fenders or cowl. I even painted the cowl grill, reinstalled it, and it disappeared. Great Job.”

We always purchase our paint at Home Depot and Lowe's, but when they didn't have what we were looking for we decided to try Sherwin Williams. Marcus was the associate who helped us, He gave us excellent customer service. His suggestions and knowing his product was able to design the perfect colors we needed for our home. I think if one is having a bad day, one's demeanor and judgement can be skewed. Marcus will be our go to for all future purchases. We are happy with our first time experience giving all credit to Marcus.”

“Just like the other branches of this chain of paint stores, it takes a long time to make your purchases, there are not enough employees working there, just like the others they always don't have something which, apart from the time you have to wait, is which delays you going to another store so there isn't one in one which is a little annoying. In general everything is fine”
