“They did color match a small sample I give them that but they sold me on the concept of that it would be better to buy a gallon of paint that it would be cost efficient than a quart and the person who service me said it would be 20 dollars which it was twice the amount when all I needed was a quart.”

“Needed touch-up paint for a 1952 Ford Customline without having the paint code not even on owing if paint was original or not. Art spent 20 minutes with me using his special camera in a few places to try and come up with something close. He made me 3 ounces and trust me what he charged me didn’t even pay for his time. He treated me like a $1000 customer and I’m walking away able to touch up some nickel-sized spots on my car. Thanks TASCO!”

He explained the reason for the delay, apologized, and ensured my follow-up order was expedited. It says a lot that he would take the time to contact me to assist the way that he did. Thank you so much for your assistance, Ruben! I'll gladly order from this location again.Original Review:Incredibly poor service. Took 5 days to get my samples that I ordered online. I could never get anyone to answer the phone when I attempted to call to get updates. Finally just had to go directly to the store and they mixed the samples right there. No explanation or apology was provided for the delay. Last time I'll be doing business with SW.”

“We went in the night before to buy a large amount of paint, and found out that we should wait till the next morning, since there was going to be a big sale... Saving us a lot of money, then, the next morning I Received the best customer service by Yolanda, who is not only helpful in copying a color for me, but also showing me how to use the app and the color palette in the store. This may not be the closest Sherwin-Williams to my house, but it will be the one I go to for now on.”
