The property is super clean and in a great area, with the entire area inside and out always kept clean. The staff is amazing, super nice, very pleasant, helpful, professional, friendly, and patient. They are outstanding and handle everything professionally, helping customers find the right space, showing different units, and explaining all pricing upfront. Customers report the best experience, noting it is by far the best storage facility and a very nice established company that values customers. The location is also right next to great local food spots.
We misplaced the keys and lady at the front was so sweet and willing to help us drill it out and replace the lock, even willing to stay late for us. Great customer service from Gloria!
