The service is personal and thoughtful, with associates taking time to understand needs, make thoughtful suggestions, and explain fits. The team handles difficult situations with calm words and remains kind. Customers appreciate the ability to order online and pick up in store easily. The products, including pajamas and loungewear, are of incredible quality, soft, luxurious, and a favorite. The overall experience at Soma is highly recommended, with many customers stating it is their go-to location and the most friendly store.
