“My experience with this shop was 10 out of 10. I was in need of a shirt very last minute because the previous shop I ordered from fell through at the last minute. When I first called and mentioned that I only needed one shirt I was told they don’t typically do single shirt orders, which I completely understand. When Ray asked what I needed it for I said it was a coaches gift for my son’s baseball coach. He then asked what we wanted on the shirt and to send him the image of what we wanted. He said he would see what he could do. Within 30 minutes he called me back and sent back an image of what he had created. He was willing to make the shirt with the exact image I sent him, and had it ready for pick up the next day before we had to leave out of town for a tournament where the team planned to give the coach his gift. Ray was amazing and saved the day with my last minute requests. The quality of the print was amazing. I highly recommend this shop for anyone looking for quality work. I will be a returning customer for sure!”

“I've shopped at Aviva three times and will be making my fourth trip today. The store has been jam packed with people but the line never fails to move quickly. With the San Antonio Spurs making a playoff push it is no surprise the store is constantly busy. At no point when I have gone in has there been less than 4 cashiers working through the line as quickly as possible. They do a great job as I have also no experienced any frustration or impatience from other customers. They have continued to stay very well stocked, organized, and clean.”
“I came in with just a few minutes to closing with a desperate need for a new swimsuit or two before vacation. Menopause has drastically changed by body and what I had from previous summers did not fit well. Janie greeted me upon arrival with a very welcoming smile and gracious attitude despite my late in the day arrival. She patiently helped me pick out some suits to try on and gave great advice on what flattered me. She pulled several suggestions with a very professional and kind attitude. I felt terrible for coming in so late, but she could not have been more kind or patient. I left with two new swimsuits and with confidence to wear them for our upcoming family beach vacations. “Hands down the best Buckle in San Antonio with the best selection. I have been to this buckle several times and have always had excellent customer service. My daughter and I were looking at a pair of Birkenstocks that were on the storefront I hadn’t even stepped one foot in and I was greeted by Chavelo and immediately asked if he could grab me a size and gave details on the newest colors they had in. We were also helped by another young lady while looking a jeans. They were so attentive and that is the reason the Buckle at North Star Mall will now always be our first stop. The San Marcos and la Cantera location cannot even come close to the exceptional service this location has!”
“I need to give a shout out to Vanessa and Jacklyn... I went into the store with little to no hope. Trying to find the clothes that tailored to my body has been a journey and honestly.... Expensive. So yes, I was hesitant about going to the store because I've seen the price tags. The second I walked in I was greeted by one of the most amazing associates and she made me feel so welcomed and understood. Then I met the district manager and we all started talking and they both helped me pick out outfits they found me clothes that made me feel confident and sexy and gained my youth back. I'm not old but I'm 31 and have three kids so my sexy meter was on the lower end. I know it's a sales associate job to sell you on the clothes but it was different this time. They truly stopped and listened to me and gave me the time of my life. So definitely wanted to shout out to these two wonderful ladies. My review is ridiculously late but better late than never. Thank you so much! You too for all the words of encouragement and everything that y'all did for me.”

“I came in on a rainy night 8/27 looking for jeans. I couldn’t find the right fit at my usual other stores and Matilda ♥ and Linda♥ ( I hope I got their names right) were soooo wonderful helping me find the right pairs to buy. They made me aware of their promotions and everything. I went through a hefty pile of jeans and never did they make me feel like I was making their job harder or anything. Last week, Bela and I stopped by the store and had the opportunity to meet Tracy, the manager, and we were so happy we did. After talking with her, it was easy to see that her love and care for animals is genuine. That kind of thing changes the feel of a place and makes the experience warmer, more natural, and more welcoming.
That is exactly how this place feels. It’s a really nice experience from start to finish, and it makes you appreciate being able to include your dog in more of life, not just the outdoor part.

The best and scariest part was when I was really wanting a Muffin shirt. My partner's & I searched high and low. I asked her if they had anymore shirts. She asked what size and it seemed like it was possible that there was 1 left. The display shirt. She climbed up on the tall shaky WALKING ladder, took the last display shirt for me. And it FITS! My only complaint is that no one told me my credit would expire and since I live in Brownsville and don’t go up there very often I lost my credit. When it was given to me I was just told I could use it any time and on anything in the store.”
