Janie greeted me upon arrival with a very welcoming smile and gracious attitude despite my late in the day arrival. She patiently helped me pick out some suits to try on and gave great advice on what flattered me. She pulled several suggestions with a very professional and kind attitude. “I need to give a shout out to Vanessa and Jacklyn... I went into the store with little to no hope. Trying to find the clothes that tailored to my body has been a journey and honestly.... Expensive. So yes, I was hesitant about going to the store because I've seen the price tags. The second I walked in I was greeted by one of the most amazing associates and she made me feel so welcomed and understood. Then I met the district manager and we all started talking and they both helped me pick out outfits they found me clothes that made me feel confident and sexy and gained my youth back. I'm not old but I'm 31 and have three kids so my sexy meter was on the lower end. I know it's a sales associate job to sell you on the clothes but it was different this time. They truly stopped and listened to me and gave me the time of my life. So definitely wanted to shout out to these two wonderful ladies. My review is ridiculously late but better late than never. Thank you so much! You too for all the words of encouragement and everything that y'all did for me.”

I visited this place yesterday (9/20/2025), and while there was a very rude and disrespectful customer, along her 2 friends, who seemed to need the attention of the whole store on them, the employees that were working at the time handled this group of ill-mannered women amazingly. The employees should be recognized for their efforts, even if its just my review that recognized them.
I really cannot recommend this place enough. And I hope to be back soon.”

Last week, Bela and I stopped by the store and had the opportunity to meet Tracy, the manager, and we were so happy we did. After talking with her, it was easy to see that her love and care for animals is genuine. That kind of thing changes the feel of a place and makes the experience warmer, more natural, and more welcoming.
That is exactly how this place feels. It’s a really nice experience from start to finish, and it makes you appreciate being able to include your dog in more of life, not just the outdoor part.

The best and scariest part was when I was really wanting a Muffin shirt. My partner's & I searched high and low. I asked her if they had anymore shirts. My only complaint is that no one told me my credit would expire and since I live in Brownsville and don’t go up there very often I lost my credit.
