First time Spectrum buyer for Cable & Internet, the process was smooth and easy. Sosa explained everything professionally and I was in and out of the store within 15 minutes. Ask for Sosa next time you stop by, she knows her stuff.

This review is for the company it self not this store. Spectrum notified me last week to say I needed to upgrade my equipment! What a bunch of BS. My stuff was fine. I listened to them because they I will start having issues. So I let these guys come and change my stuff out. The tech failed to mention that the devices I was getting was no longer the 2 and 1. Even after I told him I had a security system. He didn't even check my bedroom tv. So when this was all said and done. My tv didn't work in my room. My security system will not hook up because it's a 5G. I spent a hour in a half with a very nice young lady that said the XUMO will fix this.So I was sent this stupid box and the tech came out and I asked him if this was going to make a difference. I knew the answer because I researched after the long conversation I had with a spectrum person. I am so annoyed with this company. I will be taking my equipment back and start looking for a new company that still has a 2.4G. Spectrum you are the worst! Over priced and all of your people just talked a bunch of BS to get me off the phone!!!!! The tech that came out today was honest. Gave me some options. Ty

Lady from customer service blatantly hung up on me after I couldn't send a copy of my deed to their email within 10 seconds. I know we didn't get disconnected, because she got angry and said "I don't know what to tell you then" I'm a rude tone and hung up. Horrible customer service. Switching to AT&T.

3 techician visits and probably a dozen phone calls to customer service over the last 3 WEEKS and STILL NO INTERNET.They provided me 2 modems and 3 wifi routers, but none of them worked.I bought my own wifi/router combo and still no internet.I'm tired of dealing with y'all at this point.

Changed mobile carriers. Was mailed new SIM card and instructions. Instructions were confusing and I did not trust the process. Took everything to store and Joe assisted me. Took less than 5 minutes to change Sim out and reboot under Spectrum. Very pleased with assistance and his knowledge.

We decided to try Spectrum's cell phone service since we have had great luck with the internet/wifi service already. We called a sales line to get the phone service and purchased new phones. A new start and new phones. The phones were delivered and you do have to sign for them. This was about 5 days after the first call and it was over a holiday weekend. We live in a smaller town so we had to travel to this Spectrum store .....about 45 miles away in San Antonio. We asked them to activate our phones and transfer our info from the old phones to the new ones. The two phones being mine and my hubby's. So all was done and then before we leave my husband tried to call me and his phone he was using went straight to my voice mail. ODD...but she says you have your wife's phone, so we exchanged with each other and left. We were going to the River Walk but while driving there we had a low tire message and we stopped at Discount Tire and ended up having to get 4 new tires put on. By then it was late and we decided to go back home. This was the first chance I had to look at both my phone and my hubby's. Did not take long to realize that my info was put on my hubbys phone number on the new phone and his info had been transferred to my phone number on the new phones. CRAZY!!! We raced back to the Spectrum Store before they closed. They had to wipe the info on the new phones and transfer the info to the correct phones. Mine was partially done because of the time, and I had to take it home hoping it would finish correctly on our wifi or go back the next day to the store. My husband just had his new phone wiped and would manually enter his stuff. My phone did work out ok . I will try another store if we need help again.

We came here hoping they would help us switch the SIM cards and activate our own devices but they said they were not capable of activating our own phones. All they did was switch over the SIM card on my phone, allowed me to use their private WiFi and gave me a number to call. Problem was I couldn’t call anyone since he switched over the card. I spent several minutes on the spectrum chat service trying to activate my phone and the chat agent was extremely rude. They said they needed some pin from my previous carrier (comcast xfinity). I just left fuming and wondering why the agents in the store could NOT help my activate my phone. I am not sure if they were being lazy or they just do not have the privileges unless you buy a new phone from them. Wish there was Comcast xfinity here

Really rude experience, this is my first time going to this store and all I wanted to do is change my router to one that has both bands ex. 2.5hz and 5hz and don't want to switch it out

Spectrum charges too much for their services.They claim 99.9% network uptime. They lied.I'm getting over 1 hour downtown (both internet and cable TV) every month.They claim to be better than Time Warner. They lied.Time Warner would find a promotional package every time the previous expired. This helped.Dump Spectrum now.Get Google Fiber, cut the cord and save money!

Juan is super awesome and very professional. He took care of the packages and explained to me about my account to me elaborately. He cleaned up the whole misunderstanding with the operators! 10/10 clean store, great service and friendly staff!

I had Spectrum for 6 months and I really enjoyed their service. I'm not really a TV watcher, but streaming movies has been outstanding. Perhaps I will try their mobile service when I move back to San Antonio. I like the "no contract", service. Thanks to Spectrum and I will be back.
