Poorest customer service ever as it seemed not only was a customer a bother but then dismissive in handling a long term commercial client.
Can't wait until they have some more competition. Until then I guess they do not have to cordial or respectful of their retail and commercial customers.

Incompetent ! 3 times today was in store trying to pay cash for a new iPhone . They asked for my old phone to transfer info and said come back in an hour that was 4:00 pm went back to store at 7:30 pm and these people knew 0 about anything and I was lucky to get my old phone back ! At this point they wanted me to wait another hour ! What ? I was the only customer in the store ! I was excited about purchasing a new phone but they made the experience awful ! Tomorrow I’m going to the Apple Store .. Run from this place . 22701 n281 in San Antonio .

I want to sincerely thank the team at this Spectrum location for their exceptional service and support. Manager Matt leads with integrity and professionalism, creating an atmosphere where customers feel truly valued. Sales associate Johnny was absolutely phenomenal—his patience, product knowledge, and genuine care made my visit smooth and stress-free. A few days later, Alexandra stepped in to assist with a very complicated and challenging issue, and she handled it with grace, clarity, and determination.
This team didn’t just meet expectations—they exceeded them. They worked together to resolve my account concerns, explain my options, and ensure I left with the best possible outcome. Their teamwork, empathy, and dedication reflect the kind of customer service that deserves recognition from Spectrum leadership.

I visited the store on Sept 16 for upgrade for my daughter Nora to iPhone 16 Plus from 14. There was an internet special of $429 for her trade in. We actually had to kill her number at the time & get a new one in order to get this $429 credit. A huge inconvenience but worth it for the sizable credit.
However I was only credited $166! I have called Spectrum Mobile 800 number & revisited store multiple times to resolve, but no satisfaction. They simply will not honor the $429 they promised in person on Sept 16.
Do I have any legal recourse here?

I was told repeatedly in this store that if I paid off my phones and signed up with them, I would get reimbursed for paying off the phones. I asked him repeatedly, and told him how much, and he said it would be covered. After all said and done, two weeks later I find out they are only paying a portion of it back to me. Classic bait and switch. I spoke to customer service and since our conversation was not recorded, they will not do anything. Would not recommend this company or store to anyone. Or make sure you record every conversation yourself.

My fiancé went to the Spectrum store in Stone Oak to return his equipment, and it turned out to be one of the most frustrating customer service experiences he’s ever had. He spent about 30 minutes waiting and never even got the chance to return his items.
The employee at the counter spent over 20 minutes typing on her computer while helping one customer, without saying anything to the others who were waiting. There was no communication, acknowledgment, or attempt to manage the line, leaving him standing there feeling ignored and frustrated.
Returning equipment should be a simple, quick process, but this visit made it unnecessarily stressful. Spectrum really needs to improve the efficiency and customer service at this location.

Very challenging to find this office. Service was prompt and friendly. However, my home service is quite variable. The cable will shut off without warning. Not comfortable with that.

Solicitors refuse to respect no trespassing and no soliciting signs. Asked to leave numerous times, but still kept pushing a terrible pitch.
