There was no waiting at all! The customer service person greeted 5right away and quickly took care of my issue. I was out the door in a flash. The other customer service people also greeted me and said goodbye.

We waited about 1 hour to be called up. There were only 4 or 5 people ahead of us. 2 people working. There were 3 when we got there but 1 went to lunch.

Not enough employees. Got there 10 minutes before it opened and I still took 4 hours to get to me 🤦🏽♀ last resort if you can’t reach by phone.
