I can't stand spectrum services. I never write reviews, but every time I go in person, the system is down for billing. (ONE time it wasn't, but the second I was next in line it crashed.) Impossible to reach the store itself, customer service line is unbearable and rude. -- Paid my bill online today but services never came back on, called support and they said they never received it. They wanted to charge the full amount again, and quite literally laughed when I said I didn't want to submit a second payment without a reversal of the first? Prices always rising, and honestly the router has to be reset daily in our house since it's always having trouble connecting to devices. Cant wait to cancel Spectrum.

So many outages! Go with a service that's more reliable if you can. So frustrating. Feels like an example a company growing too fast without the necessary infrastructure.

Very sneaky billing practices - would definitely love to have a private chat with their salesmen.How TF does a cable bill get to $265 a month, with the Silver Tier programming and 1 receiver?I returned them yesterday.

I could say Mr Rupert is one of the best customer service in the store. He is very attentive and helpful with my account, he solved my problem very quick and now I’m very happy to have the equipments to get internet service at home. Thank you Mr. Rupert

Only 2 employees…..spectrum says to return equipment but they SUCK at accommodating this! There’s a kiosk but you can’t return there, you must wait along with everyone else! You have to wait with everyone else who’s getting a phone! 10 people waiting on board and it hasn’t moved in over 30 min!!!!! Avoid this location!

Matthew the cable installer showed up on time, got right down and set up the cable, modem, and router without delay. Quick, complete, dealt with Spectrum tech support no problems and professional. Thank you Matthew and thank you Spectrum.

Decent internet, but the router was terrible. It couldn’t handle my devices so I had to buy my own router at the request of a spectrum service agent. He let me know that it was my best option because the spectrum router was trash.

Zeniyah should be the manager, she was the only associate that took initiative answering and getting to customers, and the only reason I did not give this place a 1 star. Everyone else standing around, associates on phone, can’t help, won’t help, constantly running to back, avoiding customers, worst customer service, AVOID THIS LOCATION, YOU WILL NOT BE HELPED. THIS IS WHY YOUR COMPETITORS WILL WIN. I am not the only customer complaining. Keep it up and this location won’t exist.

Continuously raising cable and internet prices. They have a take it or leave it attitude when you call them. Not enough competition on our area to control pricing.

When you enter you can check into the iPad to be seen by a representative. I only needed to return extra unneeded equipment which I later found out I could have dropped off at UPS instead. When you check in you select the reason you are there and the only option for equipment was to pick up or exchange. It would be great if another option could be to return unneeded equipment so you can be promoted with instructions to either wait or drop off at a UPS. I had already been waiting 25 minutes when I found this out so went ahead and returned the equipment with a representative. Once I was called up my drop off was quick and the rep was very polite. They have phones and electronic pads you can peruse while you wait and they have several seating areas. You can make an appointment a head of time to save time or just walk in.

If you're in absolutely no hurry or like talking to a spectrum employee for hours while others are waiting. This is the perfect store for you! I waited 25 minutes while 3 attendees attended to two elderly folks that just wanted someone to talk with.

I had the best service by one of the store reps he had really cool tattoos, I think his name was Alberto! Very nice guy!! Helped me get everything I needed in the store a few days ago ?
