Travelers is by far one of the best insurance carriers, my only gripe as a roofing contractor is that it can be sometimes difficult to get reasonable supplements approved by the adjuster like material shortages due to inaccurate measurements. But in general they are awesome

Just awful. They don’t call back or answer emails but are happy to take your premiums. I honestly thought my misfortune was an isolated case until I talked to my neighbor who said Travelers is really giving him a hard time. This was after the latest horrific hail storm. I was I could leave zero stars.

This insurance company is a joke! They think they can tell the American people what to do! Take your insurance and stick it where the sun doesn't shine!!!! ANOTHER DISHONEST INSURANCE COMPANY WHO ISN'T WORTH THE PAPER THEIR NAME IS PRINTED ON!!!!
