The location I had to pick up from was ok. However, it is 6 miles further from the location I had chosen. At $1.19 per mile, that cost an additional $14.28. I believe customers should receive credit for the extra distance. What if the unit I wanted was 25 extra miles away?

Service attendant pulled up my reservation promptly. Made sure my information was correct. Made me aware the charges pre and post reservation. Made sure to offer/verrify additional services. The ten foot truck was clean and ran perfectly, it didn't struggle on the highway.
